✅ 1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MindCore AI application (“the App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MindCore AI (operated by KF, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms apply to all users of the App, including free tier users, free trial users, and paid subscribers.

📱 2. Description of Service

MindCore AI is a mental wellness companion application that provides AI-powered support tools including text chat, voice chat, guided breathing exercises, mood tracking, relaxation audio, guided sessions, and journalling features.

🔞 3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MindCore AI. By using the App, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to create an account or use our services.

If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account immediately and delete all associated data.

👤 4. Accounts & Registration

To use MindCore AI, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You may only create one account per person
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

💳 5. Subscriptions & Pricing

MindCore AI offers the following access tiers. All prices are in Euros (EUR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Unused messages and voice minutes do not roll over to the following month and reset on your billing date.

🎙️ 6. Voice Add-on Packs

In addition to included voice minutes, you can purchase one-time voice add-on packs. These are consumable purchases and are non-refundable once used.

Voice pack minutes are added immediately upon purchase, do not expire, and are available to all paid subscription tiers.

📅 7. Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.

• Cancel any time through your Google Play account settings
• Access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment, with no partial refunds
• Failed payments will result in suspension of your subscription and loss of access to premium features until payment is resolved

🆓 8. Free Tier & Free Trial

MindCore AI offers a free tier that requires no payment and no card. On the free tier you can chat with the AI companion up to a limited number of messages per day, track your mood, and use the breathing tools at no cost.

To unlock unlimited chat, voice sessions, and all wellness tools, a Premium or Pro subscription is required. New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial through Google Play. This trial is a Google Play Billing offer and requires a valid payment method on your Google account. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, and after the trial the subscription renews at the standard price unless cancelled.

During the 7-day free trial you get full Premium access, including:

• AI Chat Companion at the Premium monthly allowance
• Voice AI Sessions at the Premium monthly allowance
• Daily Hub, Guided Breathing, Relaxation Audio, and Guided Sessions
• Mood tracking, SOS Mode, and weekly reports
• PDF Journal Export

After the 7-day trial period expires, a Premium or Pro subscription is required to continue using premium features. Your free tier access remains available. All conversations and data from the trial period are preserved and available upon subscribing.

⚠️ 9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MindCore AI to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment requirements
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms without refund.

🏥 10. Not a Medical Service

The App is designed for general mental wellness support only. MindCore AI does not provide diagnosis, clinical treatment, or licensed therapy. AI responses are not medical advice.

• If you are in a mental health crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately
• If you need clinical treatment, please consult a qualified professional
• Do not delay seeking professional help based on anything received from MindCore AI

©️ 11. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and features of MindCore AI are our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You retain ownership of personal content you create (journal entries, mood logs). By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the service.

⚖️ 12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindCore AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

🚫 13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. All personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days of deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements. No refund will be provided in such cases.

📝 14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the “Last updated” date accordingly. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of MindCore AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

🌍 15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta. EU users also retain the right to raise disputes with their local consumer protection authority.
