We’re sorry to see you go. You can request deletion of your MindCore AI account and all associated data at any time.
⚠️ This action is permanent. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data including chat history, mood logs, journal entries, and subscription information. This cannot be undone.
How to Delete Your Account
To request account deletion, please send an email to our support team from the email address associated with your MindCore AI account.

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include in your email:
- The email address linked to your MindCore AI account
- Confirmation that you understand this action is permanent and cannot be undone
We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.
✉ Send Deletion RequestWhat Data Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Your account profile and authentication credentials
- All AI chat history and conversation logs
- Mood logs and tracking history
- Journal entries and reflections
- Breathing session history
- Usage statistics and streak data
- Subscription and billing records (note: active subscriptions must be cancelled separately via Google Play)
- Push notification preferences and device tokens
Cancel Your Subscription First
If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through Google Play before requesting account deletion to avoid future charges. MindCore AI cannot issue refunds for charges made after account deletion is requested.
To cancel on Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → MindCore AI → Cancel
