MindCore AI is a mental wellness application developed and operated by KF (the “Founder”). The app is available on iOS and Android and provides AI-powered mental health support tools including voice and text chat, guided breathing, mood tracking, relaxation audio, and guided sessions.

When we refer to “MindCore AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in this policy, we mean the entity responsible for your data when you use our application and website at mindcoreai.eu.

• Your real name — we never ask for it
• Location data — we do not track where you are
• Contacts, camera, or microphone data beyond active voice sessions
• Social media profiles or any third-party account data

MindCore AI uses a small number of trusted third-party services to operate. Each is bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations:

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Google Firebase, protected by industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:

• Encrypted data transmission using HTTPS/TLS across all connections
• Secure, access-controlled database infrastructure
• Regular security reviews and updates

• Mood logs and journal entries are retained until you delete them or close your account
• Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations
• Usage and analytics data may be retained in anonymised form indefinitely for product improvement

When you delete your account, all personally identifiable data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
